SUPPORT THE TIPTON HOME
The Tipton Home relies solely on contributions from
people like you and from supporting congregations of the Lord's church.
God tells us to be good stewards with what we have. It is our desire
to use what is so generously given (from individuals, groups, and
congregations) in the most efficient way possible. However, with the
continuing rise of the cost of living, we must have a constant supply of
funds. The Tipton Home does not receive any state or federal
funding.

There are so many ways you can
make a difference in a child's life. To those of you who already support us,
we want you to know how much we appreciate you. If you would like to help
support The Tipton Home, please consider letting The Tipton Home become part
of your weekly, monthly, or yearly budgeting plan. Your dollar goes to the
care of a child living at The Tipton Home by providing food, clothes, a
home, as well as houseparents for that child. Your dollar pays for their
visit to the doctor, to the dentist, or a trip to the emergency room for a
broken bone.
Your dollar keeps them warm in the winter, cool in the summer, but most
importantly, it gives them an opportunity to live in a spiritual environment
with Christian examples all around them. That is why it is up to you for
this work to continue. If you are not sure what the needs of Tipton Home
are, you can call our office (580-667-5221). Our Director of Finances, Joe
Waugh, has eight years of experience in financial planning. He will visit
with you, your congregation, or your civic organization's meetings,
such as Chamber of Commerce, Lion's Clubs, Extension Clubs, and others of
this nature. There are many ways that these kinds of groups can help The
Tipton Home.
On an individual level, you
can donate in several ways; (1) general donations given at weekly, monthly,
or yearly intervals; (2) memorials (a way to memorialize the loss of a loved
one) or honor gifts (a way to acknowledge an anniversary, birthday, or other
special event) in someone's name; (3) by naming The Tipton Home in your will
or estate; (4) by donating your (or your group's) time; (5) by being a
clothing sponsor of a child or children; (6) by contributing to a
commodities program (nonperishable food or household goods). It takes all of
us working together to make a difference in a child's life.
