SMITH HOUSE

Clayton and Irene Smith retired in 1988 after
38 years of service to The Tipton Home. During those years they worked in
various areas of our work. They supervised the dairy, the farm and the
laundry; they were also house parents in both a boys and girls cottage. At
the time of their retirement, Irene was the editor of the Messenger
and Clayton was in charge of printing and mailing the Messenger. |
